Delete your account

1. Tap the button below and sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. You’ll land on You → Settings → Delete my account.
3. Type your email to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Deletion is immediate and permanent, there are no soft-deletes and we cannot recover your data afterwards. It removes:

• Your races, route data, splits, plans and recaps.
• Your pantry and fuelling preferences.
• Your Strava connection and any stored tokens.
• Your access and onboarding state, and the sign-in account itself.

Crew share-codes you generated stop working immediately.

If you can no longer access your account, email privacy@sub24.run from the address on the account and we’ll delete it for you. We aim to reply within 7 days.
